Eligibility: This treasure hunt is open exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of Kenya.

Agreement to Terms: By participating in this treasure hunt, participants acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

Employee and Contractor Exclusion: Employees, contractors, and close relatives of Vision Plus are ineligible to participate in the treasure hunt.

Winner Verification: The participant who finds the treasure will be subject to a verification process by Vision Plus to confirm adherence to these terms and conditions and ensure the legitimacy of the find.

Contact Information: The treasure finder must provide accurate and valid contact information during checkout. Failure to respond to Vision Plus’s communication attempts within two attempts will void the find, and a new treasure hunt will be initiated.

Prize Eligibility: Only the first individual whose name is randomly selected through the raffle will be eligible to buy the treasure for Kes 8.

Prohibited Conduct: The use of bots, scripts, or any other automated methods to participate in the treasure hunt is strictly prohibited. Any finds achieved through such means will be invalidated.

Raffle Duration: The raffle will be conducted exclusively on January 31st, 2025.

Submission Deadline: Any submissions made after midnight on 30th January 2025 will not be viable for the raffle.

Disqualification of Prior Winners:Participants who have successfully claimed a treasure in a previous round of the treasure hunt shall be ineligible to participate in subsequent rounds. Any attempt to circumvent this provision shall result in immediate disqualification and potential forfeiture of any claimed or potential prizes.

Modification and Termination: Vision Plus reserves the right to modify or terminate the treasure hunt at its discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances.

• Assumption of Risk: Participants assume all risks and liabilities associated with participating in the treasure hunt, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
• Release of Claims: Participants release Vision Plus, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to their participation in the treasure hunt.
• Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Plus, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the treasure hunt.

• Data Collection: Vision Plus will collect personal information from participants, such as name, email address, and contact details, for the purpose of administering the treasure hunt and contacting the winner.
• Data Use: Participant data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Data Security: Vision Plus will take reasonable measures to protect participant data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

• Governing Law: Any dispute arising out of or related to the treasure hunt will be governed by the laws of Kenya.
• Informal Resolution: Participants are encouraged to attempt to resolve any disputes informally with Vision Plus before resorting to legal action.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Relevant Arbitration Body in Kenya].
• Jurisdiction: The courts of Kenya will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or related to the treasure hunt.
